Moonpaw's Dream

Moonpaw thought about that question for a second. " Hum, I guess I want to keep my clanmates safe and become a great warrior." She finally said.

" Well, I guess." Moonpaw said slowly. " Yes, that would diffenitly help."

"I can help you with that, if you let me." A tiger-like she-cat padded into a patch of dim light.

Moonpaw was silent, thinking this over very carefully. There was something dark about this cat, something evil. But she would help Moonpaw defend her clan. She Remembered when her and Leafpaw fought Metalshard. They had lost then, but maybe if this cat thought her to fight better, that wouldn't happen ever again. " Okay." She said simply. " I'll let you help me."

The she-cat nodded, her fangs bared in a grin. "You will begin training next nightfall." she mewed before disappearing into the thick shadows.

" Wait!" Moonpaw yelled. " What is your name?" She asked.

From the shadows, the wind seemed to whisper, "Tigerfrost..."

Deathowl watched Tigerfrost leave,"Moonpaw." She meowed while hopping down from the tree,"I will tell you the TRUE way of being the best warrior."

Moonpaw looked at Deathowl. " How?" She asked.

Deathowl stepped towards her,"Do you want to keep your promise....And stay as one with Starclan?"

" YES!" She meowed, her eyes widening again.

"Then, NEVER come here again." She hissed,"And stay away from Tigerfrost....He is training you to be a cat that killes without thinking, a cat that does not feel what others feel!"

Moonpaw began to shake. " But, I would never..... I mean, why would I.... How...." She studdered.

"Listen to your TRUE mentor." Deathowl meowed,"Listen to your clanmates and Lionclaw. They will teach you all you need to know."
