Foxpaw's Battling Practice

Ghosthaze's sleek white form padded toward the Apprentice's Den. "Foxpaw." she purred.

"Ghosthaze!" She crashed out of the apprentices down, arousing some grumpy apprentices who looked at her angerly. "Oops.. Sorry." She looked back to her mentor and exclaimed, "What are we doing today...??????????"

"Battle practice." Ghosthaze mused. "That is unless you aren't ready?" she challenged.

She lashed her tail playfully, "of course I am!!" She mewed.

Ghosthaze nodded. "Alright then let's get going."

Foxpaw trotted along side her mentor. "Where are we headed??" She asked.

Ghosthaze looked at Foxpaw. "Why don't you choose where you are comfortable."

"Alright.." They padded through the shadows of the pine trees until Foxpaw stopped at a small clearing lined with pine needles and moss. "This looks good!"

"Okay." Ghosthaze smiled. "Now first we are going to learn the front paw blow." Ghosthaze made a motion with her paw. "Repeat it."

Foxpaw went into a crouch. "Kay."

"Go." Ghosthaze said.

Foxpaw lashed out her front left paw quickly, stopping her paw directly in front of Ghosthaze's nose. "Like that?"
