In the past few days, our team was reached out to by another roleplay forum, letting us know that templates that have been widely used on our forum for months have been used improperly without credit to the original creators. As a site, we take any form of art theft very seriously. This includes any form of taking another person's work and passing it off as your own without permission to do so and/or without permission to do so, which is plagiarism.

While the team is still looking into how this happened and the full extent of the how many templates were truly stolen, with the proof presented to us, as a precaution all possibly stolen templates should be removed from site use.

At this time, we are asking all users to stop using any templates credited as 'made by Kiikko'. The relevant threads have been removed from the site after being reported for copyright infringement.

If possible, we ask you to remove the templates from previous posts. Please reach out to a staff member if you have used one of these templates, so we can assist with cleanup.

Going forward, we want to encourage users to be mindful about the templates they are using. No one who used these templates is at fault, given they were improperly credited as being someone's own personal work. However, now being more aware of the fact this type of issue can happen, we want to reiterate that any form of plagiarism is strictly forbidden.
