Together, still[C]

Iakona entered their make-shift base, a few bundles of herbs clamped in his jaws. The crew had recently settled in here, and as such their herb store had moved as well. It was rather distressing for the tom to have to leave behind so many of his precious herbs, especially knowing that it was a gift from the forest that had been wasted. Still, he managed to salvage some herbs, and now approached his sister with a bundle of borage. He set them down at Alethea's paws, then looked around at their stores to check that everything was in place. He despised untidiness, especially in herb stores.

Swaying on her paws Alethea filled the tiny den with the sounds of humming, keeping herself mildly entertained as she pawed through miscellaneous herbs that still needed sorting. They had lost more herbs than she would have liked during the crew's move, but that couldn't be helped. As long as they had enough to keep the crew happy and healthy they would- Alethea's humming ceased. A broad smile ripped across her face as her brother's pelt appeared, a bundle of herbs hanging in his mouth. "You're back!" The molly greeted Iakona in a soft voice. "I was beginning to worry about you."

Alethea began pawing through the herbs that had been given to her, spotting a few that they hadn't been able to take with them. "What a wonderful gift! The forest must be glad that we're here." Picking herbs from the bundle Alethea began sorting them in their respective stores with care. "So, did you see anything interesting while you were out?" Humming was a good way to pass the time, but now that her brother was back there was no need for that.
