Plot Name: Where the Wind Blows
Clans involved: Skyclan and Windclan
Characters Directly Involved: Most of Skyclan and Windclan. Specifically, Bearpaw, Thymepaw, Smokepetal, Smallstar, and Birdstar. (All of Bear's family too, lol)
Will there be code-breaking?: No, not initially anyway. Maybe later down the line, but that would have to be a separate plot.
Explain your Plot: So Windclan doesn't have a MC now and Skyclan not only has a MC, but two very interesting candidates for MCA. They're neck and neck right now and we all know that both can't become MCAs. Unless...
Bearpaw, being the little sociopath he his, is on the path to murder a buncha cats for no reason whatsoever. He hates the other clans at the moment and, knowing this, Starclan decides that the best way to stop him from going down this path of destruction is to make him see that the other clans aren't so different and that they deserve respect too.
Knowing that he's already interested in becoming a MCA, they deliver a message to Smokepetal telling her that both Bear and Thyme need to become MCAs. So, essentially, in order to prevent a very violent cat from becoming a mass-murderer, they send him to Windclan to train as a MC in the hopes that he'll come to care about the well-being of others and stop hating everyone.
Logistically, though, since Smallstar was once a medicine cat, he could help teach Bearpaw until he can navigate the medicine den on his own. And, as needed, I'm sure he could consult the other medicine cats if the need ever arises.
How will this impact the characters/clans involved?: This plot getting approved would make for some very interesting drama not only between Skyclan and Windclan, but among families and friends within the clans as well. Windclan will get a MC (even if its only temporary) and will have to deal with making Bearpaw a functional member of the clan. Skyclan will be losing a cat who is close with majority of the higher-ups and who will be very bitter about being shipped away to WC. It could really go either way, though. Bearpaw will start off very mean and closed-off, but depending on how the cats of WC interact with him, he may very well start to enjoy being in WC and slowly stop resenting them.
This plot, if approved, would still open to changes and interpretation depending on how the flow of rp goes. Nothing is set in stone which would make this all the more exciting! It could backfire and make Bear even more hateful or work perfectly and help him become a more caring individual - we'll see!
Tying into this, since Bear will be very inexperienced and Smallstar being rusty, it would be very interesting if a character got hurt and they didn't know how to help them. So if something like that were to happen, they might just have to send for a fully-fledged MC to come help out. Hence, more interaction with the other clans! Yay!!!

Why should this plot be approved?: For funsies :)
No, but really, this plot should be approved because it would bring a lot of interesting chances for character development and interesting, unique interactions between Skyclan and Windclan. Being on opposite sides of the forest, they don't often get the opportunity for any in-character relations outside of at gatherings. So, bringing a Skc character to Windclan would give Windclan a chance to get to know more about the clan across the forest.
This plot would also cause some in-character drama within Skyclan which, in my opinion, would be pretty fun! Not everyone would be happy about Bear being sent to Windclan and that would likely manifest in some bad blood or disagreements. Primarily with Bear's family being very against it. The same could be said for Windclan as well as I can imagine that many characters wouldn't be all too pleased about accepting a Skyclanner as their new medicine cat. Especially one that doesn't want to be there in the first place.
For now, I don't know how this plot would end, but as things play out, myself and some others will be able to decide where to go from there.
