You again[C]

Valley's tail twitched as he caught the scent of mouse. After the heavy rain, it was as if all the prey in the vacinity had ran away to some unknown place, and he had trekked all the way here from the barn just to find a scent trail. The tabby licked his lips, then crept towards the creature, green eyes intent on the small mouse just tail-lengths away. He crept forward until he was close enough, then lunged forward. A sudden crackling noise alerted the mouse, and before Valley knew it the prey had scurried away. The grey tabby hiss in fustration, then turned to face whatever had alerted his quary. Whoever it was had better get away before his claws found their ears.

While walking in from RiverClans territory, Grub caught sight of a familiar tabby creeping along the clearing that held those four great trees. His whiskers twitched, fighting the urge to ruin it all for tom just trying to catch a bite to eat.

Unfortunately for the tabby, Grub often gave in to little voice in his head. A mottled paw reached forward and stomped on a twig. SNAP! A sound loud enough for the little mouse to be alerted of its imminent death. It flew through ferns and - now this was funny - directly towards him!

A smirk formed as he sprung forward, landing directly on top of the mouse and giving it a bite to kill. Even with it dangling limp in his jaws, an air of smugness was still thick.

Grub is attempting to catch a mouse... Success!
