Excitement for Life [Open]

Owlpaw couldn't help but return to the spot he found his younger siblings in. While it had only been a few days, the scene changed so dramatically. No longer did the scent of death linger or cling to the grass and rocks that made up the shore of the river. The sun sat high in the sky, the river moved faster. It seemed even the territory was excited by the prospect of life given another chance. It felt.. freeing. Even if he was currently on a hunting patrol.

The brown tom felt at ease, content with his progress for the day.
