Moondancer had taken up a spot outside the warrior's den, pale gaze observing camp. It was about that time when most of the clan started to wind down as the dawn approached, though the dark silver warrior was hardly sleepy.
Almost absent-mindedly, her gaze slid over the cats milling about the camp, and it took her a moment to realize she was staring at Nightpaw. Her lips twisted in a sneer as she realized, pale gaze meeting burning amber coldly. What a disgrace, the 'leader' was, the rank of apprentice suited him better. Leopardsun would never have made the same mistakes he did, she knew, and it was only a shame that her position as leader was temporary. Soon enough, maybe that would change.
