The burned out sun[Open]

Goldenfern staggered into camp, her brother's limp form draped over her back like a sort of banner. Even when his fur was soaked with blood, it glowed faintly like flames under sun, just as it always had. Her own pelt was matted with blood and crossed with wounds, though she hardly paid any attention to them as she pushed past the thorn barrier. "Echopaw! Fawnshine! Please, anyone, Sunfire- the dogs- Honeypaw," Her words were hardly understandable before she collasped under the weight of her exhaustion and Sunfire's body.
