Xaan's HR Survey Results - April 2023
I forgot to do my survey results from last quarter so I'm making sure to do it this time around! Thank you to everyone who filled out the survey!
Expectations:
Wow! I've never gotten full "exceeded" before, so I'm glad that everyone thinks I've been doing great :D That doesn't mean it's time to relax though. A always if you ever need anything from me, please just let me know <3
Activity:
Pretty good here overall too! I'm guessing I received a 2 because I had a low activity drop for a couple weeks last month. I'm trying to organize my schedule to guarantee a post at least every couple of days so my activity should be way more consistent. Overall people seem to think I'm doing okay in activity though!
