Toxins so Sweet [Closed]

The sound of the water was peaceful song. The rolling of the swells and the bubbles alike was akin to bird song for the warrior that padded along the side of it. Starlingflare was on a patrol, making sure Thunderclan's portion of the border remained in tact, but being on patrol didn't mean he didn't get to enjoy the small sounds that surrounded him as he walked. The only thing that would make these melodies nicer in his mind would to be add sounds of pain, sounds of blood splatter. It had been so long since he had heard those wonderful sounds come from a cat, but he had to stay his paw. The risk of being discovered was to great so he had to wait for his perfect chance. For now he turned his mind back to the patrol at hand and away from the sounds he desired.

Blossompaw didn't care for rules. Perchstar was gone, Poppyshine blubbering in agony just a few sunrises ago in dismay that their leader had been struck and killed. Blossompaw cantered along the river with confidence, her tail raised and curled as she held her head high and confident as she considered the disappearance of Perchstar. They should be prepared for the worst, maybe if Blossompaw got her name soon she could be Riverclans deputy and truly bring them to the greatness that had shriveled and died with the leading pair being so prone to anxiety she wouldn't be surprised if they died of heart attacks - in fact Poppyshine probably would have died of anxiety if she didn't have main character syndrome - thank Starclan Blossompaw didn't have that problem! She could practically smell the insecurities of her clanmates, while she was absolutely blossoming with confidence!

So caught in her thoughts, Blossompaw was unaware of the unusually strong scent of Thunderclan - not that she'd care anyways, Thunderclan cats could go suck on some eggs, Riverclan was better despite their currently lacking leadership.

Starlingflare didn't know what he expected to find, but this.. this wasn't it. An apprentice casually strolling on Thunderclan's side of the border.. The tom blinked. Honestly confused, but he was quick to shake it off, replacing it with his usual anger. He never cared for Riverclan cats.. and well this? This was just making it worse. The silver tom stalked up to the Riverclan apprentice, a snarl drawn back on his lips. "What do you think you are doing?" He growled out at Blossompaw.

Blossompaw was roused by the gruff and snarling voice of a silver tom, and her ears flicked against her head in return. "What do I want? What? Am I on your side and it bothers you?" Blossompaw snarked, stomping a foot angrily. "Well TOO BAD!" She spat, taking a deep breath in and giving a devilish smirk, "HELP! HEEEEELP! THE THUNDERCLAN CAT IS TRYING TO KILL ME!!" Nothing felt as fun as crying wolf as Blossompaw yowled with all her might, puffing out her fur as she swatted her paw at him a few times. Maybe doing this would help Riverclan keep its claim on Sunningrocks?

The warrior growled out at her response. Riverclan cats were worse than he remembered. It just reinforced the idea that Riverclan thought everything was theirs. Starlingflare was quick to tackle the apprentice, pinning her to the ground. Claws flexing slightly, and pricking her skin. "You are going to shut your maw, and then i'm going to drag you back to Mottlestar and you can explain to her why you were on our territory, and hope she lets you off lightly." He growled out. He doubted she would listen but he was going to try and follow the normal protocol for stuff like this.
