Hi WCC!

Staff is implementing some changes to some pre-existing rules! Firstly, changes and clarifications have been made to the rules regarding litter limitations. The adjustments are as follows:

• If a character adopts a litter while the litter is young (kits/newly named apprentice) then it counts towards one of the litter slots.
  
• If a character is a surrogate for a litter then it counts toward one of their litter slots.
  
• If two queen mates decide to have their litters together (Five for each queen) and raise the ten kits, it will count for both of their slots.
  
• You are allowed to adopt up to three single kits outside of litters. These three will not count towards any litter slots.
  

In addition, some refinements have been made to the rules regarding Tiers and clan-hopping.

• Cats who have clan-hopped must restart their warrior rankings from Tier 1 if they wish to reach Tier 5 in their new clan.
  
• If a character has restarted their rankings from Tier 1, they will leave behind the clan moves from their original clan and begin using the ones of their new clan.
  
• If a character does not choose to restart their rankings from Tier 1, they will be Tier 4 forever.
  
• Whether or not a character chooses to restart their rankings must be decided immediately upon joining their new clan.
  

The option to restart will also extend to those who have previously clan hopped, but the decision must be made immediately.
