Beyond the Horizon [betrayal of Clan, kinda?]

Plot Name: Beyond the Horizon
Clans involved: WindClan
Characters Directly Involved:  (Include the rpers) Russet(rye) (cocoa), Silverwing (Romantica), Sleepy(will be a warrior) (kiikko), any loners/returning Clanners they encounter

Will there be code-breaking?: (If yes, please elaborate) yes- russ and co. will be leaving wc during a trouble-filled time for the moor-dwelling Clan

Explain your Plot: Russetrye has always wanted to see what is beyond the horizon, a desire shared by her best friend Sleeps. One day she decides to go after the missing Clanners… but that’s only somewhat true, as she mainly just wants to go on an adventure. Too scared to tell Shrikestar or Smallbean, she strikes off on her own one night, ending up bringing Sleepy and Silver along as well.

They wander around for ~two weeks, seeing new places and faces, before homesickness descends on them all and they return to WindClan.

How will this impact the characters/clans involved?: russ will finally get rid of that adventurous impulse that’s been nagging at her for moons. All the runaways will be punished by Shrikestar for their irresponsibility, more than likely demoted to apprentice rank for a set period, which might teach them all some lessons about responsibility. This might also put some more stress on WindClan, further hurting their numbers while they struggle to find enough prey for the kits and elders.

Why should this plot be approved?: For this section, make sure you elaborate. Staff prefers plots to be well-thought out before approving them, especially in the case of something with severe in universe consequences.

It’s a nice lil’ plot without any long-term consequences that deals with Russ and Sleeps’ adventurous impulses + gives them both some character development as russ, at least, has to mature and deal with responsibility. as this will more than likely happen after Blazefang leaves wc + Brackenwing is kitnapped, it also gives silver something “productive” to do other than fall apart
