Crowspirit

Crowspirit had been meaning to check in on Marshmallow. As her previous mentor, as well as a cat she respected, the she-cat had noticed something off lately. The way she walked, the way her attitude slightly changed, her figure — it all became slowly more suspecting of something odd. While Marshmallow said nothing, it was clear Crowspirit suspected something.

And so, spotting the molly from a distance, Crowspirit cheerfully trotted her way over. "Hi, Marshmallow! I know we're not talking as much as I hoped, but how are you?" She smiled.

Marshmallow was probably overworking herself for a cat with a stomach full of kits. However, the she-cat would probably continue to fail to see that, as she kept volunteering for patrols and kept training Harrierpaw. Do I need a break..? She asked herself as she was starting to doze off.

Startled by the sound of her former apprentice's voice, Marshmallow snapped back to reality, out of her thoughts. "Hi Crowspirit." She yawned. "I'm fine." She mewed. As if on queue, she felt a sudden spike of stomach pain, almost causing herself to vomit. Luckily, she hardly showed it, maybe wincing a little, at the most.
