Hello WCC! Maple here with a few announcements regarding the current staff team here on the site and discord. Firstly, Xaandiir has received increased hours at their job, and wouldn’t be able to balance real life, work, HR, as well as their role on the staff team. As a result, they have chosen to focus on their role as RiverClan’s deputy. We are so incredibly thankful for their time on the team and their invaluable contributions, and wish them well in everything they do! Below is a brief message from Xaan regarding their decision. - Spoiler:
"I have had a great time on staff and I love everyone who I have worked with. It is unfortunate that my work hours are keeping me from continuing to stay on staff but I am going to put my focus into my cats and being a great HR for RiverClan! I have great confidence in staff and the new moderators they are taking on, and I know that they will do great even after my leave. I hope I can continue making WCC great outside of being on staff  "
Secondly, in order to maintain a full staff team, we have made the decision to bring on two new moderators. Everyone please give a huge congratulations to WCC’s newest mods, Snickerdoodle and Cotton! I know that each of you will be an excellent addition to the team, and I look forward to working with you to continue to make WCC a great place for everyone.
