What are the duties of a medicine cat? : To treat any ailments that befall their clan, and in strong need, other clans too. Though, their loyalties remain with the clan. No medicine cat should find themselves distracted with that of a mate, or kits. As the clan is their kits that they must watch over and protect. Medicine cats are the bridge between their reality and that of StarClan. It is their job to interpret signs from StarClan to aid their clan and the forest. Keeping the den stocked and knowing what and where herbs grow is just a portion of their job.
What would you do with this position? : Be an active medicine cat that is involved in everything regarding ThunderClan, and be there when needed. I've never played MCA before despite being on WCC for 10 years, and I'd love a chance to really experience it. Eggkit is a bit silly, and while she will take her job seriously, there might be a few pranks here and there. Will she mellow out as she gets older? Maybe! But being a medicine cat doesn't mean being stuffy and serious all the time! And Eggkit is here to prove it so! Besides, shes already spent a moon or so in the meddie den after getting bitten by a snake--it happens.
Why you think you deserve this position? : While I am a returning member and have been gone for a while, I've proved myself to be a very involved member, active not only on the discord but on-site. I've made sure to wait a few lives in order to make sure I can see myself staying long term. And I can! And I've proved it so by being invested in not only the happenings around the discord but also on-site. I look forward to helping cats recover from silly mistakes, or from deadly ones.
