Snowy Treasures [c]

Ebonyhaze had always found nature to be extremely beautiful, even when the snow piled high and froze the rivers stiff. However, after helping Cloverheart, he found his gaze drifting where they never had before in search of plants he could remember the appearance of, but never the names.

And now he could share that beauty with someone else... kinda. He and Beetlepaw were meant to be on patrol, walking along the mostly frozen rivers and marking borders, but they could admire some stuff while they did so, right? They were nearing the end of their route and they hadn't found any disturbances thus far, it felt safe enough to get distracted.  "For such a harsh season, leaf-bare really does bring a lot of pretty sights, doesn't it?" He mused, his eyes resting on the rocky shore mostly hidden beneath the snow. A cat could just make out the rounded stones, each rock lovingly capped with a fresh layer of frost and snow from the night before.
