What would your cats be for Halloween?

It’s that time of year.

What costume would your cats wear for Halloween?

Hentooth would dress up as something mildly scary, (prob a vampire cloak and fake fangs) and run around and scare people.

Dawnfeather would spend eons making a realistic butterfly costume. She’d probably stay close to her friends and family, and be that one person who stays afterwards and cleans up the mess even though she isn’t supposed to.

Prickletail would think the whole thing’s ridiculous and wear one of those shirts that say “this is my costume”

Thrushflight would be mildly freaked out by everyone wearing Twoleg stuff.

thrushnose would dress up as a suspiciously realistic spider, complete with extra legs and stick-on eyes

last year i said emberleap would be a charlie brown-style ghost and i stand by that

flypaw would spend the whole month saying they’re too old for halloween and then show up in a very red, very sparkly dragon costume

Cicadapaw would be some dirty zombie and go chasing around the kits like the gremlin he is. He would put way too much effort into the costume but would deny how hard he worked to anyone who asked. Halloween is a KIT'S holiday, he can't be acknowledged liking it.

Ebonypaw would make a simple ghost costume. He would make a whole story for the "character" he was portraying and nervously/excitedly tell anyone who will listen.

Hailpaw would make the most over-the-top, sparkly, extravagant peacock costume you have ever seen. He walks into the room and your eyes bleed. You are lucky he is restricted to natural flowers IC

ashfall would be a pirate, the eyepatch and pegleg would be very on point for her

wolfblaze would be... well a werewolf, she'd run around scaring others but would totally give candy to children she scared after

frostgaze would dress up (likely at the behest of his adopted kids) as a simple knight, making sure children aren't getting into too much trouble

I put way too much thought into this and wrote a lot more, but I'm gonna stick to the question of costumes for now. I have a lot more info though, like what they would do at a Halloween party, are they trick or treating, what they do (ex, apple bobbing, corn maze, and stuff like Olive would be the self-designated driver/DJ.) And things like if this is a cross-clan event would be useful to know as well.

Loudnose is a bumble bee, he found the costume on the side of the road and doesn't mind the broken antenna. He cleans it out and tries to patch it up with cobwebs, thinking how it will look spookier.

Oliverain makes a sparkly blue dragon mask and wings. She takes the costume out for hunting and pretends she's a dragon, and tries just once to fly of a branch.

Pheasantpounce finds a witch costume in a donation bin and claims she made it herself.

Dreamypaw would make herself a really scrappy bird costume and run around with the other apprentices

Berrypaw would ask a friend to make him a lil' mummy outfit and trick or treat all night long

Petalkit would wear an adorable bear costume that her dad/mom put on her, and stays at home or goes to a party

Spotlake would probably wear a simple witch costume. She would've done a couples or family costume, but ya know.

Quaildock would probably try to be a spooky vampire and fail miserably.

Quietstep would wear a bloody nurse costume, and would probably scare herself everytime she looked into a mirror

Softpaw would say how she was too old to dress up, and that if she did she'd be something super scary. Probably would end up wearing a cute bunny costume though.

Marshpaw picks the most friendly looking costume ever: a highly realistic spider.... with a bowtie, she doesnt throw it out and will keep it for many moons, even after she's grown out of it. She names it Mr. Spider.

Swanmist dresses up as a princess. nobody even knew she was dressing up. she didnt even know she was dressing up.

Timbersun dresses up as a tree. no explanation needed.

Bloodstrike: A Spartan soldier. No explanation necessary.

Dawnhawk: A rich guy. Because waving his success in your face even on Halloween is how he rolls.

Bearspirit: A ghoul... but he'd definitely keep himself in the light so as not to freak the kids out. He's totally cool with pictures.

Burningwing: .... Some raging lunatic with a torch. That burns candy.... and front yards.... and the police should probably get involved....

Fogpaw would go as some generic serial killer, from a movie she was too scared to watch but told every she watched it anyways.

Hollowpaw would probably be a sheet ghost. He thinks it scary but it truly isn’t.

OrangeHeart: Darth Vader(I’m a Star Wars fan so therefore even if my cats don’t know what it is they are a Star Wars fan to)

Hollypaw would probably dress up as a StarClan cat. She.. doesn't really understand the holiday, but finds it enjoyable nonetheless.
Duskpaw would dress up as a spooky-looking bat, playfully bearing out his fangs to match with the costume. To add to it, he'd even hide in the shadows, patiently waiting for a cat to pass by, then leap out from his spot and spook the poor cat out.
Dreampaw would go as a ghost, wearing a simple white cloak. Though, he'd even decorate it with cobwebs and touches of moss to make it stand out from the other ghost costumes.

shykit would be a ghost... all you'd see of her would be the shape of her ears, her eyes peering out, and her paws poking out the bottom of the sheet as she patters around. she'd stay close to frostgaze and feel protected by her adoptive-dad in knight costume. she'd try to gently poke all the non-threatening interesting or sparkly costumes and would listen curiously to the stories behind them. she'd be properly terrified of the cats in scary costumes running around, and have nightmares after, but she'd also be excited and want to run around too so she'd eventually join in
