Fluttering Flowers (closed)

Entering the apprentice den, Tulipfang pressed a white paw against her apprentice's pelt and prodded him a couple of times. "Batpaw, wake up," the fluffy she-cat mewed softly before exiting the den. Tonight, the two of them would go on a hunting patrol. Prey was plentiful during this time of the season, and she had no doubts that they'd be able to bring prey back to the clan's freshkill pile.

As soon as he was nudged from his slumber Batpaw shot up from his nest with a start. His chest heaving slightly from being startled out of his sleep. Green eyes scanned the den wildly for a moment before the scent of his den mates and his mentor hit his nose. Once his mind was clear he stepped out of the den, his gaze falling on his mentor. He quickly went to join her. "Hello Tulipfang, what are we doing today?"
