Forbidden Crossing [closed]

Fang hissed at the weasel and lunged towards it, grabbing in in his unsheated paws and raking his paws across it's tiny face so that he half-blinded the little sneak. He spat at the weasel and then danced out of the way as far as his wounded should would allow.

Fang did "Front Paw Strike"-dealing 8 damage and using 10 stamina

ooc; Unfortunately, the weasel doesn't have a move to change targets, so it has to attack Fang again. He'll be okay though!

The weasel squealed with pain as it was assaulted, first by a striped gray cat and then by the patchy white-and-brown cat. The worst pain came when the latter scratched viciously over its eyes. Though one eye was narrowly missed, the other was blinded. It saw red and black and horrendous torment. The weasel spat with rage despite its injury and stomped furiously after Fang, refusing to let the tom back away from the fight. Blinded, it threw itself at Fang again and chomped down on whatever it could find, but then it bounced back and danced and hopped and writhed in a flurry of tiny claws and wickedly sharp teeth.


Weasel used Bite on Fang, using 30 SP and dealing 20 HP.

Clovertwist watched the rapid exchange between Fang and the weasel, impressed - though not particularly surprised - to see the strength and speed with which the rogue cat moved. Most cats couldn't survive alone if they weren't skilled fighters, and this tom seemed to show it. When the weasel leapt away from Fang again, Clovertwist had dove behind it to catch it as it retreated. He lunged forward and clamped his teeth down hard on the weasel's wiry tail and then gave a hard yank. He felt a satisfying pop, and the weasel's feet went flying from underneath its lengthy body as it was jarred and stunned from the jolt.


Clovertwist used Tail Yank on Weasel, using 10 SP and dealing 7 damage. The weasel is stunned for one turn and won't be able to attack!

ooc; Predators are allowed to be chased off once they're under half of their health, so once the weasel is below 30 we can just send it away if you'd like! We could also try to fight it all the way, but it's getting to be a close battle even with the stun move I used!

Fang hissed at the pain but leaped again for the weasel. He was determined to either kill the creature or drive it off. Even though the weasel wasn't on his land, he didn't want to see Clovertwist hurt. He lunged forward and slammed his paw down on the weasel's head hoping to end this fight.

Fang used 'front paw blow' on weasel, costing him 5SP but dealing 6HP to the weasel.

The weasel tried to escape an attack, but the striped silver cat had been waiting for it and suddenly there was an explosion of pain in the weasel's tail and a jolt of pain up its spine. It shrieked, but the sound was cut off as its feet slipped from under it and it slammed to the earth. It squirmed in pain but was dazed by the move. Before any of the fog could clear, the weasel's head was smacked into the earth by a large paw. It let out a muffled squeal, and then the paw was lifted. There was no relief; the weasel's head was swimming.

Weasel is stunned and can't attack.

Clovertwist ducked nimbly aside as he spotted Fang diving in for an attack, leaving room for the tom to rake a paw down the furry, long-bodied creature's face. Clovertwist could see that the weasel had done a fair number on the rogue, and he grimaced at the pulsing blood from his wounds. Serves you right for trespassing, he thought to himself, You wouldn't have been anywhere near this stupid furry snake if you'd stayed out of our territory. But then Clovertwist likely would've run into it himself, and he didn't really care for the sound of that. The weasel writhed uselessly, and Clovertwist took the opportunity to dart forward again, rearing up to batter his claws down hard again on the weasel's head. It was completely defenseless against him.

Clovertwist using Rending Front Paws on Weasel, using 25 SP and dealing 15 HP.

Fang looked at the creature being tortured and decided to put it out of it's pain. He darted forward after Clovertwist and raked the weasel along it's underbelly, making a deep cut. He then darted out of the way with his head swimming and the ground swaying underneath him.

Fang used belly rake on weasel costing 10SP and dealing -9 HP

The next moment there was more pressure and battering on its head, and the weasel writhed and flailed, eventually dodging out from under the slashing paws. It was beginning to lose its resolve now that it could barely see or get a breath in otherwise.The cats had disturbed it, but it seemed it had picked a fight it couldn't win. The darker tom cat surged forward next and raked at its belly, and the weasel shrieked with pain. The cry gave it a second wind, but it didn't intend to take advantage of it for any reason but to flee. Limping and writhing, the weasel began to scrabble away. It threw itself into the grass, and Clovertwist spat as he bounded after it. Before he could slam a paw onto its haunches, it fell ungracefully in its burrow.

The weasel has been chased from the battle.

Clovertwist charged at the weasel again once Fang had inflicted another attack, but it seemed that at last the predator had had enough. Like a coward it scrambled and ran, and Clovertwist bounded after it, slamming a paw onto the earth as it disappeared into a burrow. The warrior spat after it, "Yeah! Go crawl off and die, you mangy scrap!" He waited a moment, listening for its return, but there was nothing. He turned back to the rogue, concern showing. "That doesn't look good. You alright?" he asked.

Fang stood up tall with his head swimming and the ground swaying beneath his feet. "yes, I am-" he collapsed on the ground and was suddenly really tired as the adrenaline faded from his body. He tried to stand up again from stubborn pride and fell, but only half way this time. "Actually," he grunted "If you could lend a paw that would be great." he growled, not at the tom but from the pain

Clovertwist frowned, more annoyed by the foolhardy pride of the rogue than by the brawl his carelessness in the moors had caused. However, Fang was swiftly forced to swallow that pride as he swayed, and whether he had wanted help or not Clovertwist moved forward to try to keep him from falling. Thankfully, Fang asked for help in a begrudging, pained growl, and Clovertwist was already there to offer a shoulder to boost the rogue to his paws. "Can do," he answered simply. He began to guide Fang towards the border, stating, "I don't know where you're resting right now, but you need to go there and figure out your wounds before some Clan cat finds you dead to a furry snake. Trespassing can wait." He wasn't sure if Fang would go with it, but maybe this battle had been good for something.

Fang grunted. "Alright, but I will probably be back for some more food. I am very hungry." he growled through the pain. He stood up, shook his head and limped off of Windclan land in search for Willow. He truly believed that Willow would at least care and maybe even take care of him. Or at least not let him die right away.

Clovertwist nodded, willing to take what he could get from the rogue for now. Fang began to limp off - presumably in the direction of his home - and Clovertwist followed from a distance until the tom had disappeared across the border and from sight. The WindClan tom's tail lashed with mild annoyance as he huffed and mumbled, "See you next time, I guess." Then he turned and raced back across the moors in search of his fresh-kill from earlier. He'd had an exciting enough outing.
