Precious prey (closed)

Trotting through the open, marshy plains with the sun rising overhead, Tulipfang made her way to nowhere in particular, seeing as though she enjoyed the sights and sounds of the territory that laid in front of her. It didn't take too much time, and not long after her short journey through the tall grasses, the fluffy, white and ginger she-cat caught the scent of nearby prey. Crouching down and making sure to not rub her pelt on the ground too much, she crept forward and soon enough, spotted a vole scratching at the barren ground for its' breakfast.

Creeping towards the small yet precious piece of prey, Tulipfang waited a few moments, her haunches wiggling back and forth in anticipation. Just a little longer...

Pouncing, the she-cat's nimble paws landed squarely onto the vole's shoulders. With a swift bite to the neck before it could let out a squeak, she'd successfully caught a piece of prey. 'A job well done,' she thought to herself, setting the vole down at her paws. Before she was able to continue her hunt, she suddenly remembered that she had to help Daisyflame with training some apprentices and realized that she would be late for the patrol if she kept on hunting. Picking up her kill, the warrior raced back to camp, praying to Silverpelt that she hadn't missed the patrol.
