Smokekit's Apprentice Ceremony

Blizzardstar leaped onto the Highrock, no more self-pity, no more weakness. If there was a moment ThunderClan needed a strong leader it was now, and in StarClan's name, she was going to give them one “All cats old enough to catch their own prey gather under the Highrock for a clan meeting!”.

Smokekit bounded out of the nursery. Ivyshade told him he was old enough to be an apprentice and this was his ceremony. He wiggled his way up front and smiled up at blizzardstar.

Once enough cats were gathered beneath the Highrock, the white leader finally decided to go on "Smokekit, please, step forward” She waited until the kit had stepped forward before continuing “Smokekit, you have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Smokepaw” She took a quick glance at the warriors gathered before picking one for the new apprentice “Your mentor will be Ivyshade. I hope she passes down all she knows on to you” With that she jumped off the Highrock, dismissing the clan.

Smokepa looked at ivyshade. He was gonna get trained by the one cat who took him in as family. He smiled at her and bounded over. "im so happy." he said smiling at her.

Ivyshade’s eyes widened. Another apprentice already? Well, she definitely didn’t mind mentoring her adopted son. She touched noses with Smokekit, smiling.
