Pinekit's Apprentice Ceremony

Leopardclaw leaped onto the Highrock and called out; "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath the Highrock for a clan meeting!"

Pinekit shook with excitement. She knew this was to be her moment.
She nervously padded up closer to the Highrock, wondering who her mentor would be.

OOC: Everyone, I'm so sorry I'm late. It's been a busy week. A lot of school work and I've also been sick.

Leopardclaw smiled faintly down at the young she-kit, and began the ceremony; "Pinekit, you have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Pinepaw. Your mentor will be Wildfire. I trust she will pass down all she has learned on to you."

Wildfire sat off to the side, her whiskers trembling as she was lost in thought with a troubled look. When her name was called, she jumped for a moment before padding over. Her usual confidence returned and she touched noses with her apprentice. "We'll start tomorrow and be back in time for sunhigh."
