Ahh, okay!

So on WCC to move up from rank to rank, you have to complete certain requirements. Meaning that to go from kit to apprentice, you need to post a creation, participate in at least one topic, and be a kit for at least one week. Completing each all of the requirements for your rank enables to you to move up from rank to rank + it gives your character higher HP/SP.
