Fernfeather has NPC parents as well with absolutely no family to speak of, so if you want him to be her younger brother that'd be super cute! That is, of course, only if you want to.

@AmericanFacepalm: Yeah I know, I try to make all of my cats have a family without completely npc parents.
@Yosh Carols: I don't like declining but I want him to have parents and siblings are just an option.
