A healing topic for Specklefang and Badger patrol

OOC: This takes place after the badger battle, and before Sunpaw kicks the bucket (If that's relevant). I'm also just putting her current stats, might change until she's healed

IC: Specklefang padded in, her shoulder torn and swollen looking. She huffed and puffed, limping and keeping her whole leg off the ground and leaning on Leafstorm. Specklefang pushed her face into her mates neck fur, her tail twining with his as she struggled to stifle a moan.

The medicine cat apprentice blinked looking up. She had been storing herbs up for the coming leafbare and in preparation for the sickness that might come. She looked to Specklefang and she blinked in surprise coming over to the taller warrior she then spoke after she seen the damage on her shoulder taking note of her leg didn't touch the ground"what exactly happened?"She asked calm and gentle like before she turned going to her herb storage to get the right herbs for her injuries.

"Oh you know, Badgers get aggressive when it gets colder." Specklefang half-heartedly joked, her face still expressing a pained expression. "Can we just get this over with? I have work to do and a leader to talk to." Specklefang huffed, settling herself down in a nest having been through this countless times. Licking the blood off her claws delicately she let the medicine cat apprentice get to work, her eyes looking at the she-cat with narrowed slits. "Thank you, Honeypaw." the she-cat grumbled softly.

Honeypaw grabbed some marigold and quietly started to chew it into a poultice for Specklefang's wound. "That I've heard is true well for now try to get some rest after this"She mewed as she places the poultice on her wound
