Let's gooo [[Open]]

Cloudroar made his way to the entrance of camp where the enticing scents of the forest beckoned him. Sitting down, he waited for others to join, white fluffy tail flicking impatiently.

Rosepaw padded out of the apprentice den yawning loudly, it was bright early in the morning normally she wouldn't be awake this early. But something told her to wake up or she will miss something. Her blue eyes looked around boredom still she saw her brother..her brother. She sighed deeply, why did it have to be him. Making her way over she sat next to him not looking at him or speaking. This is just for a patrol, Rose, just go for the patrol, don't talk to him.

When Willowpaw saw who it was waiting at camp's entrance, he felt the rare feeling of relief. His mentor told him to go on a patrol today, but if Cloudroar was leading it then he it could actually be enjoyable. The blind tom was the only sibling that he actually enjoyed being around. Padding over, the old apprentice felt an uncharacteristic glimmer of hope that maybe going on one of these irritating patrols would actually be okay and not annoying for once. But when he saw his other sibling join to go with them on the patrol, Willowpaw felt his hopes and dreams crash and burn into the ground.

'Fox-dung,' Willowpaw swore in his head. The last thing he wanted to do was deal with her. Hoping she wouldn't say anything to him, the grumpy apprentice went to sit by his brother and waited impatiently to get this over with.

Mallowpaw felt Someone leave the apprentice's den. She was a light sleeper so anything woke her up. The blind apprentice knew all the scents of all her clan-mates so she easily determined that Rosepaw was the one who left.

Her scent was getting farther away so Mallowpaw got out of her nest and quietly followed her. As she got closer, she scented Willowpaw and her father, Cloudroar, as well. Her milky eyes lit up and she padded up to the trio, tail high. "Hello! If you're going on a patrol, may I join?" the she-cat asked. Without waiting for a response, Mallowpaw sat down and began to groom herself.

Cloudroar's ears perked at the sound of his sister's pawsteps approaching. Despite her obvious disdain for him, she always seemed to join his patrols. It confused him, honestly, but he never said anything to her about it. "Hello Rosepaw." He greeted her before his head swiveled in the direction of more pawsteps approaching. It was his brother, whom he was closest to. "Hey Willowpaw." He purred warmly, looking in the direction where his scent was strongest. Then, last but not least, his daughter approached them. She had adjusted well to her blindness in the previous moons, and he couldn't have been more proud of her than he already was. Giving her an affectionate lick betweem her ears, he readied himself to leave. "Of course darling. Let's head out." He meowed to the three apprentices before padding out into the territory.

When she heard Cloudroar spoke her tail lashed and her blue eyes glared at him, oh how she wished he could see her face right now. As she glared daggers at him another figure approached them. Turning her head she rolled her eyes sighing loudly and turning her head to see the sky above her, why in all of Starclan does it have to be Willowpaw of all cats? Her fur spiked up a bit and her tail lashed more against the ground. She didn't even hear the other apprentice coming up only looked down when she heard a voice growling under her breath. Of course..why not torture her more? Why not rub in into her face that she's still an apprentice while her brother has a daughter that is an apprentice! She growled under her breath her claws unsheathed out of her paws, this is going to be torture come to life. When Cloudroar padded off she froze, maybe she can show to them she is more worthy then all of these fleapelts that she deserves to be a warrior. A mischievous smirk plastered across her face as she padded after her brother. This might be fun after all.

Willowpaw felt a tinge of irritation at Mallowpaw's presence. The reminder that his niece was an apprentice like him didn't put him in the best of moods. Cloudroar was fine, but Rosepaw combined with the reminder of how much he didn't belong here (seeing as he's still an apprentice) just ruined his day. When he was younger, he might've lashed out at Mallowpaw directly, but now all he wanted to do was slink away to fourtress to see Shadowclan's Willowpaw or go fight Cherrypaw, his arch-enemy, over by the Skyclan-Thunderclan border. The grumpy apprentice huffed with a sigh. Everything was so annoying.

When they followed Cloudroar out, Willowpaw narrowed his eyes at his sister's expression and had to suppress the urge to cuff her over the ears. What did she think she was doing- he wasn't fooled at all. Knowing her, Rosepaw was going to make this patrol as pleasant as mouse-bile.
