Leaf me alone! (closed)

Leafpaw padded through the pines with Willowpaw. The sun was high in the sky and flies were lazily flying in loops. Sneaking out probably wasn't the best thing to do, but she felt so useless! She had finished training with Rowantalon earlier this morning, warriors and other apprentices were out patrolling and the fresh-kill pile was stacked to the sky. She and Willowpaw were just doing nothing! Although the morning patrol checked this border this morning, it wouldn't hurt to do it again, would it?

The Thunderpath came into view, it's stench as pungent as ever, barely masking the rank Thunderclan scent. "Say, don't you think that reek is a lot stronger?" she questioned Willowpaw.

Willowpaw nodded, her amber eyes narrowing. "I wonder if a patrol is passing by."
A passing patrol could mean trouble, but it could also mean a fight, and a chance to prove Shadowclan's strength.
She looked both ways before flicking her tail and placing a paw on the Thunderpath.
She raced across, coming to an abrupt halt. "C'mon Leafpaw," She stage-whispered, looking over her shoulder. "Let's check it out."


Leafstorm sighed as he walked along the Thunderpath, his head drooping.
Suddenly, the scent of Shadowclan caught his nose and he turned, instantly dropping into the grass.
He could see them from here- two Shadowclan apprentices, one of which was actually crossing the Thunderpath.
He snarled- maybe a skirmish could bring some well-needed energy into his life -and leapt forward, throwing the black-and-white apprentice onto the ground with his shoulder.

Leafstorm used Run-And-Tackle, dealing 9 damage plus an additional 3 and losing 10 SP

Leafpaw was about to step onto the Thunderpath herself before Willowpaw was suddenly tackled by a Thunderclan warrior. She let out a gasp before racing over to help her friend. She sprung on to the enemy warrior and began raking his back with unsheathed ferocity.

Leafpaw felt pride rear up in her chest as she and Willowpaw clawed at the tom. She raised her claws and started batting Leafstorm on the muzzle, howling as she did so.

Leafpaw barely caught herself as she skidded on the ground. With a hiss she ran up to Leafstorm and tackled her to the ground.

Leafstorm whirled around, grabbing the annoying she-cat by the scruff and lifting her off the ground. Once he had leverage he clawed at her belly with his front paws savagely.

Leafstorm snarled, throwing the apprentice aside. He knew he was beaten, but he would come back.

"You'll regret this, Shadowclan mange-pelts!" He hissed before plunging into the undergrowth, searching for a quiet place to nurse his wounds and his pride.


Willowpaw gasped, gulping air. Her shoulders, belly and back were covered in claw marks and she swayed where she stood.

Leafpaw yowled in victory as Leafstorm scampered back into his own territory. "Get out of here Foxdung!" Basking in her own victory, she failed to notice Willowpaw swaying where she stood, until she collapsed. "Willowpaw!" she shouted. With all her might, she helped the apprentice to camp. This would be a tough one to explain.
