| Laurelpaw dutifully followed the warrior, sneaking a triumphant gaze at Necterpaw. They had helped rescue a kit, like real warriors! Her chest swelling slightly with pride, the white and ticked she-cat climbed her way out of the tunnel behind Jayfall, yellowish-green eyes glowing. | Relieved and prideful, Nectarpaw padded along with Jayfall and Laurelpaw back to camp. He returned Laurelpaw's triumphant glance, then looked at Jayfall happily.
