Currentkit's Apprentice Ceremony

"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath the willow branch for a Clan meeting!" Fishstar yowled.

Currentkit blinked shaking out her fur before she groomed herself and padded from the nursery. She smiled her tail straight up in the air head high she padded over into the growing crowd. She soon sat down ocean blue eyes looking to Fishstar.

"Currentkit, please step forward," Fishstar meowed.

Currentkit blinked her sky blue eyes and stepped forward looking at Fishstar

"You have reached the age of six moons, and are now ready to be apprenticed." Fishstar's eyes swept over the ranks of cats below her, seeking out the cat she'd chosen as a mentor. "From this day forth, until you receive your warrior name, you shall be known as Currentpaw. Your mentor shall be Aspentail. I trust she will teach you all that you need to know to become a warrior."

Currentpaw smiled and looked to her mentor.
