Pantherlily lay in the nursery. She woke with a sharp pain in her side and yelped. Pain pierced her belly and she cried out in agony.

Duskstorm ran over from the warriors den to the nursery and stepped inside to find his mate screaming in agony. "Cindercloud! The kits are coming!" he called hoping that the she-cat would arrive.

Hollowkit was the first to arrive. He immediately snuggled up to his mothers belly, craving milk. He was currently the only kit there, so he got all the room to himself.
