Larkpaw's Assessment [closed]

Watching as she caught another piece of prey, the warrior was glad that they'd be going back to camp, for they'd been out hunting for quite a while now.

OOC: Uh...Whelp. Because you aren't suppose to have a battle encounter happen during an assessment I believe ('Furthermore, for assessments, mentors will pick what creature their apprentice is to hunt' but I am cool with the fact you picked 'anything' cause it makes more sense RP wise ) I'm just gonna say I found a lizard and not a battle encounter. Also cause finding a badger here makes no sense.

IC: She was ready to end this. She had spotted a lizard just sitting in the open and was a few tail-lengths away from it. Her tail twitched as she got ready to leap, her claws sinking into the snow at the idea of finally ending this assessment once and for all. And so, after taking a deep breath, she leaped. Her claws sank into the skin of the lizard as she ended it with a swift bite. Four down, none to go. She had done it. She picked up the limp lizard as she glanced around, making note of where she had come from so that they could pick up the other prey she had caught. She sat down, waiting for Mudfoot to come out. She was relieved, so happy that she was so close to becoming a warrior now that she had completed her assessment.

IC: "Good job!" Mudfoot exclaimed, jumping out from behind a tree that he'd been taking shelter behind. "Although it took a little longer than planned, I'd say that you've successfully completed your assessment!" the warrior told his younger sister, glad that she'd be able to become a warrior and prove to the clan that she was loyal, even though he'd always trusted her.

Larkpaw sighed in relief as Mudfoot congratulated her, dipping her head in thanks. "Thank you, Mudfoot," she purred though the lizard she held in her mouth. She would be a great warrior for ShadowClan - they deserved no less for taking her in after she had so foolishly abandoned them like she had. She paused as she glanced back the way she had come. "Shall we go get my other prey?"
