nursery idk(open)

Hazekit pranced into the nursery happily.She looked around for Tigerflower(Her adoptive mother)hoping she would be here.Being a kit was so boring she wished there was another kit in the nursery to play with at the moment.

The queen glanced up from her nest to see young Hazekit and smiled gently. "Hello, Hazekit. What have you been up to lately?" Tigerflower asked, a purr rumbling in her chest. She knew the young kit liked adventures and exploring, and she probably had a few cute stories to tell.

Hazekit glanced around and soon spotted the the kind queen"Tigerflower!"She meowed excited.The little kit bounded up to Tigerflower with a huge smile."You'll never believe what happened today!"Hazrkit squeaked.

"Oh? I hope you haven't been getting into any trouble with the elders or warriors." She asked, serious for the most part but also with a hint of playfulness. She cocked her head to the side, clearly interested in what Hazekit had been doing that made her so excited. Tigerflower would make certain that the kit would be given a good and active mentor when time came for her to become an apprentice.

"Well I don't think so...I was just outside the camp and....I caught a mouse!" She squeaked excitedly.Hazekit's eyes glistened with pride as she spoke.

Eaglekit was a new kit, figuring she ought' to go get some new friends, she exited the nursery swiftly "You really caught one!" she mewed with surprise, Eaglekit was ready to go out hunting and was sure to could catch a whole bunch of prey once she learned all of it, honestly all she needed was some training and some help and she'd be more than ready.

"Yeah!I really did!My first one,I never even been taught how to hunt!" Hazekit meowed.She padded up to Eaglekit her blue eyes shining,maybe she had finally found another kit to play with.

Tigerflower was rather concerned. It was fine if this was a made up story, but if it wasn't there could be problems. "Really. now? Younglings like you aren't allowed outside camp. It is very, very dangerous and I hope you'll obey the rules next time." She said, green eyes stern. Then they softened a little. "But... congratulations on your catch, anyway. I just wouldn't parade that little fact around camp if you wanted to avoid any trouble with the leader." The queen twitched her tail in greeting to Eaglekit.

Hazekit looked at the ground trying to avoid the queens gaze.Her paws shifted uncomfortably and her tail flicked at the dusty ground.She sighed then said in a defeated voice"I'm sorry for leaving camp.It is just really boring."The little kit looked up at her new friend Eaglekit, looking a little less excited than before but still ready to go."So you wanna go play?"She meowed.

Eaglekit nodded "Sure! But what do you want play?" she mewed titling her head, it always made Eaglekit sad about not being able to go hunt as a kit, though it did make sense since the outside of camp is the only thing that protected kits, queens, elders, warriors, etc.

Mudfoot padded over to Tigerflower, a purr emitting from his throat. The queen's youngest kit seemed like quite a pawful and even though he wasn't necessarily in the best of moods, seeing healthy, playful kits always made him happy. "Hello Tigerflower," he meowed with his usual cheery smile, sitting down beside the she-cat and watching the kits play. "Looks like Hazekit is adjusting to clan life just fine."

"Um...we could practice fighting...like the warriors!"Meowed Hazekit happily.She pranced to the entrance of the nursery waiting for Eaglekit.She looked back and saw the newcomer." Hello."she said

Eaglekit turned behind her to see an older warrior, Mudfoot. She laughed and turne dback over to Hazekit and smiled "Yeah, sounds super fun!" she purred pouncing over to Hazekit and toppling over her "I am the great Eaglestar!" she mewed, she knew that the name sounded quite weird at the though to it, but she didn't care.

"Hey guys can I join in?" Came a voice from the fresh kill pile. Moonkit came padding over her silver fur glistening in the morning sunlight. "I am Moondapple ShadowClan's deputy!" Stemming that the place of leader was already taken.

Tigerflower greeted Mudfoot warmly, still keeping an eye on the kits as they played. "Yes, I think she's a good addition to the family." The queen said, almost daring the older tom to say otherwise. Obviously he wouldn't, but she was proud of the kits she had taken in and so graciously raised as her own. She would shove that in the face of whoever she thought might doubt her loyalty. Mudfoot had always been a long time friend, however, and she was pleased to have him in her company.
