Just and average day in camp (open to Cloverpool's family)

"Stormpaw," Blackpaw crooned, resisting more giggles. He shook his pelt from several burrs, then proceeded to pad up to him. "Control your - Control yourself!" Blackpaw stammered, wheezing with laughter. He stamped his paw on the ground and hung his head. "I really..." Blackpaw paused, continuing to laugh. "I really can't speak today, can I?"

Cloverpool laughed. "Yep. I've had many many many moons of practice and experience. hey Stormpaw." She meowed and got off of Blackpaw and pulled him up by his scruff gently, like you would a kit.

OOC: Got to join in on some family time. Also I have a life with nothing in it ;-;

Mistywater watched from the warriors den and smiled as her son and Cloverpool fought, she padded out, deciding to get some energy fit into her day. She wrapped her tail around herself as she sat on the other side of her loving father, she glanced at him and smiled, looking at Burningkit. She stared at him for a minute, looking back at her father "What was our grandfather like though?" she mewed, her face looking as questionable as a new born kit like Burningkit.

Amberpaw looked at all of the cats anxiously. She didn't really know any of them, and she felt like  a bad a addition to the cheerful group.

Blackpaw fidgeted before being set down, growing hot with embarrassment. He hoped that Stormpaw hadn't noticed the ordeal, with his cutting remark and all.

Morningpaw had opened her jaws to answer Blackpaw, "Sure-" She began, then she was cut off as someone barreled into her from behind.
She let out a scream, closing her eyes. When she opened her eyes once again, she saw the familiar yellow eyes of Stormpaw looking down at her. She smirked, pawing at the tom's face, laughing.
"You're such a fur ball!" She purred. She turned her head to see her sister Mistywater approaching, "Hi Mistywater!" She said.

Cloverpool shot Scorchfrost a concerned look. If only they knew who he was.. They wouldn't like him one bit.. She thought as she sat back down beside her son and daughter, lashing her tail back and forth.

Blackpaw caught the concerned look in Cloverpool's eyes. "What's wrong?" He asked, out of sheer worry and curiosity. He curled his tail around the rear of his frame, lowering his ears anxiously as he awaited Cloverpool's response.

Mistywater looked at her older sister calmly yet happily "Hello Morningpaw" she purred looked back at her father, waiting for his response, he would know for sure since well...He would know since its his father (which that would mean Shatteredsoul is a grandfather to Misty's litter not grandfather to Misty).

Stormpaw smirked at Morningpaw, and smiled at Mistywater before stepping off of Morningpaw and sitting beside Blackpaw. He knew a bit about his grandfather considering what his father had told him on that one stormy night when his father asked him to join the mini ThunderClan rebellion squad. His smile had turned into a frown, and he too glanced at his a father awaiting a response.

Cloverpool shook her head again. "It's nothing Blackpaw." She replied with a closed eye smile.

OOC: Actually since Shatteredsoul is Scorch's dad that would mean that he is indeed Misty's, Storm's, Morning's, and Cold's grandfather and Misty's litters great grandfather

OOC: So I was correct. Families are complicated, just like Clover's!

Burningkit stared at Stormpaw. "Is that your son, Scorchfrost? Cool! He's the one that fought like a lion, right?" He cocked his head as a gandfather was brought up. Why did Scorchfrost look so nervous when it came up?


"Yes, Burningkit. That's the one." The tom's ears twitched. Shatteredsoul... The name made him want to vomit. He saw the look Cloverpool gave him. She had the same feeling. "They should know. This'll give me practice... When I'm an elder, the kits'll love this one." He decided to tone the story down a bit as to not scare Burningkit.

"Well, once there was a tom from ShadowClan. He was called Shatteredsoul, and he was... well, he didn't do nice things. Thrushstar, a very wise, if not suspicious leader, banished him, and Shatteredsoul became a rogue. Thinstripe fell in love, and they had kits. They had four children: I am the only one left, if I am correct. They scattered us around the clans, but Thinstripe could not bear to leave them all behind, so she took one back with her. Now, Shatteredsoul went back to ShadowClan and intended to kill Thrushstar. He failed, and he died for his crimes. His actions led me down a dark path... One of evil and bloodlust. But I managed to realize that he was wrong, and I taught Stormpaw and my good friends to fight against the Dark Forest. We won, believe it or not, and I got the lame leg to prove it." He left out the things he had done. The last thing he wanted was to make them all thing badly of him. "Nonetheless, he was strong. A very corrupt cat, but he was good at what he did. You have very wonderful cats in you blood. Cloverpool, Shatteredsoul, the list goes on. Your mother even saved me, Burningkit." He purred in amusement as the kit's face lit up.

Cloverpool nodded. "Although Scorchfrost I met you sister Honeyblossom at the gathering, as well as her son. Turns out her mate tried to kill her after he went insane and ended up drowning himself. But.. Darkfrost.. He's dead and I'm not sure about Cinnamonstep. But I know you have at least one alive sibling." She meowed flicking her tail.

Mistywater's eyes glittered as Scorchfrost spoke, she looked down, terrified about what was still in her blood, no wonder she felt loyal to the Dark Forest. She took a large deep breath, forgiving her father for the path he had almost had success in, but she felt like her grandfather seemed tricky so she didn't blame him for following him almost blindly "Wow..."
