A Shadow in the camp {OPEN}

A sleek pelted pure black she cat with unusually bright leaf green eyes was curled up in the corner of Thunderclan's camp. Shadowpaw really had no desire to become one of the Dark Forest's puppets, but she cared about her mentor Scorchfrost, and his daughter Coldkit, who was supposed to be Coldpaw already. The she cat looked up as someone approached her.

Mistypaw usually didn't approach most cats, but she wanted to meet her fathers apprentice for the fun of it. She looked at Shadowpaw awkwardly and flicked her fluffy black-and-gray tail "Um, hello" she mewed.

Shadowpaw blinked in surprise. "H-Hello.." She meowed softly. The she cat really didn't speak unless she absolutely needed to.

"I'm Mistypaw, your mentors daughter" she mewed,, laughing awkwardly as she spoke again "You might know that already" she mewed.

Shadowpaw nodded. "Oh right I know that. But it's nice to meet you in person Mistypaw. I'm Shadowpaw." The she cat meowed and looked over as Coldkit came over. "Hi Coldkit!"

The semi-fluffy white she cat turned her icy blue eyes to her sister and smiled. 'Hi Mistypaw! Hi Shadowpaw! How's it going?" Coldkit meowed sitting down and flicking her tail.

Mistypaw was glad that her sister had come into the conversation, she was more familiar with Shadowpaw than Mistypaw was anyway. She looked over towards her sister and shrugged "Nothing much" she mewed.

Shadowpaw purred. "Nothing much Coldkit. How about you?" The sleek black she cat meowed turning her eyes from Mistypaw to Coldkit.

Coldkit purred and shook her pelt out briefly. "Ah nothing much. I'm still stuck in the nursery with Badgerkit. He's been quite restless since he was told that his mother had to leave.. But anyways I'm sure Cloverpool and the others will come back right?" The white kit meowed flicking her tail and sitting down. Cloverpool was her favorite queen, and she loved to listen to all her stories. She was sad when she had to leave with the others. her father had told her and Badgerkit that Cloverpool and several others weren't allowed to come back unless they did something, like pledge their allegiance to the Dark forest or whatever.

Mistypaw nodded "Yeah, I guess" she mewed, personally Mistypaw had no favorite queen.

Ravenwhisker padded to the freshkill pile and piked out a plump mole. "Mmm" she meowed
