| Eaglefeather sat in camp, the sun beamed on her fur. She rolled over and looked at the sun, that seemed to burn at her eyes-which she didn't care much about-she was different as well, she liked to be out in the sun as other cats thought it was hard and hurt their eyes. |

| Giving his hind legs a stretch, Mudfoot padded out of the warrior's den and into the fresh, sunny air. Greenleaf was just around the corner and he heat from the sun felt wonderful on his fluffy fur. Looking around the camp, he spotted Eaglefeather. "Hello Eaglefeather, enjoying the weather?" He meowed with a smile and sat down next to the queen. |

| Perking up at Eaglefeather's praise, he gave a purr of amusement. "Why thank you." He meowed happily, glad someone enjoyed his company. "But honestly, I guess I'm just very cheery." Mudfoot never really tried to make others happy, though his good nature helped it along. |

| "I'm flattered." He chuckled in reply. "But I should be the one complimenting a queen. I haven't contributed to the clan nearly as much as you." Mudfoot was never a big boaster and being praised this much made him feel a little odd. Guess no one really compliments me that much. |
