Filling my "elder slot"

The elder slot is for a character who has grown old, and has been around for a while. Like let's say Snowstorm has been around for a year real time, and you don't want to get rid of her but you want to make a new character. This is where the elder slot comes into play. You can have her retire, she takes up the elder slot, and then you get to have an open spot in the original five.
