An Adventure! (open)

A black and white she kit with a long tail came scampering out. Tallkit looked around with her golden brown eyes darted around before the young kit tried to escape outside camp. She came to a stop just outside the entrance hearing pawsteps coming her direction.

Blizzardwind saw his daughter run to the camps entrance and decided to go over. "Where are you going young one? Certainly not leaving camp without your father are you?" The silver and light gray spotted Tom meowed flicking his unusually long tail in amusement.

When Tallkit heard her father's voice she blinked her golden brown eyes and turned looking up at him almost tumbling over. "I...I um just wanted to see what was outside of camp Daddy"She mewed flicking her tail a bit.

"Well let's go then my dear." Blizzardwind motioned with his tail for his daughter to lead the way. His place icy blue eyes looked past the gorse tunnel and into the moors.

Tallkit blinked and excitement lit up on her face and she mewed"Really!"she asked excited before she scampered from the camp through the gorse tunnel into the territory.

Blizzardwind chuckled and followed his daughter out onto the moor. The Tom breathed in deeply and gave a sigh of pleasure, it was good to be back home on the moors again. "Well what do you think of the moors, the grass is long and it's perfect for a game of hide and seek, and there's lots of room to run in eh?" He meowed looking down to his daughter.

"It looks so big Daddy"She mewed her golden brown eyes trying to take everything in. She took notice of a tiny but of movement and half ran half scampered after the movement into a bit of tall grass. She gave a squeak as what she was chasing went into the air and she tried to jump after it. Her small paws just barely catching it.

Ooc she is playing with a small bug XD just to clarify.

Blizzardwind smiled when his daughter tried to catch a bug. "Good try Tallkit, hmm let's see if we wants find a small mouse for you to hunt, come and help me look, but remember you must be very quiet and when you find one tell me but don't yell ok?"

Tallkit blinked and scampered from the Tall grass to her father and nodded slowly "ok daddy"She mewed

Blizzardwind searched the other way scenting the air for any signs of life. The Tom looked for the pelt of a field mouse but found only a tuft of small gray fur. He sniffed the fur and then followed the scent until he got close to Tallkit. Signalling with his tail that the small gray field mouse was almost right in front of her.

Tallkit blinked seeing it and looked up at her father."daddy...is that a mouse?"she asked quietly

"Yes dear that it a mouse. Go on and catch it, I know you can do it." Blizzardwind meowed backlit to his daughter quietly. The Tom sat down slowly and gently as not to make a noise as he watched his daughter catch her first mouse.

Tallkit blinked and nodded looking at it for a moment before she moved as quietly as she was capable of and then bolted after it. Right back into some tall grass with the young kit grabbed ahold of it and held on as tight as she could and ran back to her father caring the mouse which wasn't completely dead but she had ahold of it.

Blizzardwind smiled. "[color=#99cccc]Good job! Ok now all you have to do is bite down on its neck as hard as you can until it goes limp, and then you have caught your first prey.[color/]" The tom flicked his tail and watched closely, very proud of his daughter. "Here i'll even hold it down for you." The silver and light gray spotted tom hed the mouse down with both of his paws so it wouldn't escape.

Tallkit smiled and nodded she watched as her father held the mouse down. Quietly the small kit bit down on its neck and but down as hard as she could when it then went limp. She pulled back and smiled happily holding her black and white tail straight up in the air happily.
