Rats in the Warriors Den (Inspired by an Adder in the Medicine Cat Den.. XP )

Turning her back to Leopardheart, she pounced on the largest rat visible, sinking her fangs into it's neck, tossing it up in the air, it landed with a thud to the ground, dead.

Leopardheart picked up 3 of them at once and threw them against the wall, killing them.

Pouncing on one of them, she flung it at the wall before it fell down, limp. Grasping two more by their tails, she shook them until they were dead. There are so many of them. . . She thought. But enough for me to handle.

They are mere rats, Leopardheart thought, batting the rats and stunning them.

The last small group of them charged into the den, their beady black eyes shining. Springing for the largest one, she bowled it over, clamping her jaws around its body. Pinning it down, she raked her claws along its belly as blood poured from the gash she left behind.
Turning to Leopardheart, her muzzle stained in blood, she nodded and sat down, waiting for her to finish off the last one.

Goldenfeather creeped closer to the "shape" that the rats were coming out of. It turned out to be some kind of old twoleg nest with lots of holes in it. She peeked inside. Her fur spiked up in horror. There were countless rats in there! Tens, maybe Hundreds!

Leopardheart bit the last one and flung it onto a wall.

She nodded in aknowlagement to Leopardheart before licking her blood-stained muzzle. "Nice work." She purred.

Leopardheart smiled. "I'm glad we can put our differences aside."

She lifted her head proudly. "When it comes to defending our Clan, I'm sure we can respect one another." She replied with a smile.

Leopardheart nodded and looked at Darkshadow. "Truce?" she said.
