Cloverpaw and Sunpelt need some catching up to do [CLOSED for Cloverpool]

She purred. "I will but I still have to go on one more patrol. And ace my assessment. That shouldn't be to hard right?"

Sunpelt nodded. "The patrol is easy. We can do that when we've finished hunting. But the assessment is a little harder. You need your mentor to do that. Anyway, let's get on with hunting and then I'll organize a patrol when we get back. It's your choice which border you want to patrol," he mewed.

Sunpelt padded through the undergrowth, sniffing for more prey. He smelled bird, and stalked it. The thrush sensed him and started to fly, but Sunpelt was to quick. He made a humongous leap into the air, bringing the plump bird down.

He carried it to his and Cloverpaw's prey pile and dropped it. He flicked his tail to let his mate know that it was her turn to hunt. Sunpelt decided that this would be their last catch, and then they would head back to Sunningrocks.

Cloverpaw scented the air once again. When she had saw a good size rabbit she got into a hunting crouch and crept forward. When she was within range she sprang into he rabbit and ended it swiftly. She brought it back to Sunpelt and their catch.

"Good job. Now let's go back to Sunningrocks." Sunpelt picked up his squirrel and thrush, and headed back to the makeshift camp with Cloverpaw. He dropped his catch on the fresh-kill pile, and paused to wait for Cloverpaw to do the same.
