My absence on Beata

I haven't been active on Beata for a very long time a while, and before I get active again, I wanted to know what is going on and when the best time is to make a new character and join and stuff. I would very much appreciate your suggestions and stuff to help me get caught-up and decide if I wanna go back on. Thanks guys!

With Beata, we're about to have the Summer battle tourney again.
There's currently a gift mastery class in session.
It's almost the end of the school year.
Wait until after "school" is over, I guess.

They'd have to wait until August for the school year to end.
It's never a bad time to join, or rejoin.

Okay, so if I make a character now, what would happen? Would they just stay at the school but not be able to join in on the activities or something because it's not a new school year? I'd be fine with that if that's the case.

Well today is the last day to join the tournament, but you can join whatever else is going on~
