Cloudykit's Apprentice Ceremony

Scratchpaw hissed from across the clearing. "Lover-boy!" he muttered.

Shadowpaw looked at the cat who hissed across the clearing in confusion. She didn't know the cat's motive was at all. She shook her head slightly and blinked her eyes before they land back on Cloudykit.

He caught Shadowpaw's gaze, then looked at his paws.

Shadowpaw looked at the cat again and tilted her head. Well, I could meet new cats... She stood up and walked to the cat. "Hey."

Scratchpaw looked up again, just in time to see Shadowpaw approach him. "Hi," he meowed.

Shadowpaw sat down in front of the cat. She opened her mouth to speak. "My name is Shadowpaw, what's your name?"

"Scratchpaw." he meowed. "Aren't you an apprentice, though?"
