This should make it easier on all of us.

Ela is supposed to be the official topic maker for the medicine cat meetings. However, she is not the most active. Starting from the end of January, if Ela or any of the other medicine cats do not make the meeting, I will make it for them. This is so our poor MCAs won't end up like half the MCs on the site and be in apprenticeship forever.

You don't have to have an apprentice to become deputy, it's just a recommended bullet point.

Even without training topics, apprentices still have mentors. They just don't have to do anything now if they don't want to.
