An Incident

Leaves rustled as a cat dashed through them. The leaves loosened and fell to the rocky ground below, as the cat above kept leaping through the tight nit trees. The Windclan leader was practicing her hunting skills in the trees to see if she was able to help combine the Skyclan hunting ways, and the Windclan hunting ways. Some of her warriors were not found of the trees, but she saw an opportunity. More food, bigger area for her warriors. Though the leader would give it all up if Skyclan had returned. She would even assist them in anyway she could with out giving up anything on her own original territory.

For now the leader carried on with her task. She swore she could feel her heart beat every time one of her gray paws touched a branch only to push forward again. Each time her leaps and pushes got wider and stronger until on her way down she felt nothing. Nothing but air underneath her paws. The feeling of nothing beneath her paws caused her to panic. A loud thud was heard as the gray leader hit her head on a branch and fell to hit her back on a branch below before moving onto the ground with a loud thud.

The Windclan leader was laying still on the rocky ground. Her chest not rising or falling to the steady rhythm of breathing. She was dead, losing another life. The blood coming from the cuts that she had obtained by hitting the rocky ground, slowly faded before the leader jerked awake again. Raccoonstar flung her eyes open, and a pained seared through her body. She let out a shriek before flaiing to the ground again, not moving once again.
