| Spottedfeather led her apprentice out into the heart of Thunderclan territory. She stopped and turned to Stormpaw. "Today is your assessment. You will catch 3 prey, and I will watch, but you will not see me." she waited to the apprentice to scurry off.

| Stormpaw nodded vigorously and went off padding into the forest her ears listening and her mouth parted. She soon picked up the small of a mouse. She padded silently toward it and pounced she caught killing it swiftly she buried it. After burning the mouse she searched again she smelt a bird and followed it seeing it she pounced she landed on it squarely killing it she buried it too to come back for later.

| Stormpaw then continued on stopping when she smelt another mouse. She stalked forward towards it and pounced.she missed and watched as it scampered off.

| Stormpaw padded off keeping her ears pricked and mouth parted as she continued to for prey she stopped smelling a rabbit. She stalked forward silently then pounced. She landed squarely on it and snapped its neck. She picked it up going to retrieve her mouse and bird. She grabbed them and padded back to where they started.
