Spottedpaw, Mousepaw, Snowpaw and Firepaws Border Patrol

Snowpaw nodded, dashing after her fellow apprentice. She also thought that she scented something unfamiliar close by, but she just ignored it. Most things seemed new to her right now. She would just ask Mossstar about it when she got there.

Mossstar watched as the apprentices approached the trees, but then smelt something that made his fur stand on end, Badger. He then saw it creeping towards the young cats and snarled before yowling "WATCH OUT!" Then he leapt with outstretched claws and tackled the badger, hanging on for dear life as it tried to fling him off. "FRONT PAW BLOW!" he yowled when he could."
 
Mossstar used Leap & Hold dealing 15 damage and costing 10 stamina, Badger is stunned for two turns.

Spottedpaw had been intently focused on trying to catch up to Mossstar, so she had in no way noticed the odd smell until it was right on top of her. Then everything happened so fast, she didn't know what was going on until she saw her mentor clinging onto the back of some large creature she'd never seen before. "What is that?" she squeaked, instinctively backing away from it. But Mossstar was urging them to attack, so she mustered her courage and charged forward, using the only technique she knew, and smacked the thing across the face.

Spottedpaw used Front Paw Blow, dealing 4 damage and costing 5 stamina.

Mossstar then took as little time as he could to say "Same thing but use claws! Front paw STRIKE!"

The badger is still stunned for one more turn.

Spottedpaw twitched her ears, showing she understood her mentor. Unsheathing her claws, she swiped at the foreign creature again, this time drawing blood.

Then he was thrown off he ran behind the creature and yanked its tail. "Use belly rake." he said, growling at the badger.

Mossstar used Tail Yank dealing 18 damage and costing 10 stamina.

"Mossstar!" Spottedpaw squeaked as the tom was thrown off, but she soon realized that he was fine. "Use belly rake" she heard, but she didn't know what that was. She soon realized she could fit underneath the creature, so she slid and slashed at its belly before slipping out the other side, hoping Mossstar could keep the creature distracted.

Snowpaw was slightly worried that Mossstar had been thrown off by the badger, but she continued to attack the creature.

Mossstar then growled as the badger reared its head up to bite a apprentice, but he leapt in front of the creature and took the bit in the shoulder. He yowled in pain but reared up on her back legs to match the animal in height before crashing his unsheathed claws down on the badgers head.

Badger used Iron bite, breaking Mossstars shoulder and dealing 35 damage and costing 20 stamina. Mossstar used Upright Lock, dealing 28 damage and costing 25 stamina.

Spottedpaw ended up behind the beast, too far away to strike at it before it could hurt Mossstar again. Or at least that's what she thought as it bit into her leader's shoulder. So she crouched down and puffed herself up in an effort to make herself look threatening while she hissed and growled, hoping to distract the thing from her injured mentor. However, in reality, she didn't seem threatening at all, given how small and young she was compared to Mossstar.
