Longkit's, Lionkit's, Shadekit's, Harekit's, and Thistlekit's Apprentice Ceremony

Raccoonstar jumped up to the top of the tall rock, and let out a familiar yowl. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey join under tall rock for a clan meeting!"

Longkit bounded out happily his ginger pelt neat and flat but slowly being ruffled by the strong winds making the ashes flee from it. He new what this was, he was Finally being made an apprentice! that his mother had delayed for so long. He wondered who his mentor was going to be, oh he hoped his mentor would train him a lot, that way he could protect his clan in its greatest time of need!

Shadekit strode out of the nursery, grinning wildly. Finally, apprenticeness. She padded over to Longkit, taking her seat next to him, wondering who she would get for a mentor and how much she'd love it.

Harekit dashed out of the nursery, smiling. She then sat down beside the other two kits. I can't wait to leave this place! She thought to herself.

Thistlekit pelted after his best friend, Harekit, his eyes filled with joy! He sat down beside her and whispered "I'm so excited, aren't you?" He closed his eyes as he smiled happily.

Twistedpaw lifted his head from his spot outside of the apprentice den; his ear flickering as he got to his paws and padded over to the gathering of cats. He watched as the kits gathered; letting out a small huff of amusement. WindClan was growing; but only if he was a warrior; he would of been getting to train one; sadly, he was still an apprentice. He shrugged; not like he really minded; but the apprentice den was about to get crowded.

Lionkit bounded out of the nursery, his fur bristling excitedly. He ran over to the other kits. "It's finally happening!" He said, unable to control his excitement.

Harekit nodded in agreement and smiled at Thistlekit. She then sat and waited for Raccoonstar to continue.

Thistlekit mewed in agreement then closed his eyes and beamed a huge smile at everyone around him, feeling proud with himself. His smile lingered in Harekit's direction longer than it had the others. He re-opened his large eyes and looked up at Raccoonstar expectingly.

Heading over to Twistedpaw, Lavenderpaw sat down next to him, her tail flicking his ear. Seeing the kits head out, the blue she-cat purred. Sighing, she knew that she should start her training soon, but she didn't mind. If Raccoonstar was busy, so be it. Nudging Twistedpaw, she whispered quietly, "You wish you were training one of them, right? Don't worry, you'll be there eventually." Looking up at Raccoonstar, she wondered - when would Twistedpaw and Shadepaw's assessment be? They've been apprentices for quite awhile - or so she heard. Seeing how Thistlekit was acting, she saw his smile towards Harekit. Letting out a faint smile, Lavenderpaw's eyes glimmered like the river, reflecting a violet blue depth. She wondered whether the brown gray kit likes Harekit or not - it seems that way. In her opinion anyway.

Raccoonstar looked at her clan, "Today we are here to make [enter those specified] apprentices," She looked at the kits, "Please step forward."

Thistlekit took a step forward, standing tall with his chest puffed out. He was very proud, almost bursting. His copped eyes contently gazed up at his Leader, patiently waiting to hear who his mentor was.

Longkit stepped forward puffing his chest out as if he was being appointed deputy, his green eyes challenging whoever would spoil his pride. His tiny pride, that is.

Shadekit stood forward, grinning like a mad..cat..

OoC: We have more kits to be apprenticed than we have warriors to mentor them...
