Waking up from the Moonstone.

Hailpaw looked up into the sky, knowing how he was connected to Starclan now, and how his new path laid ahead of him. For now until Mallowroot needed him for training, he would lounge around the camp. Hoping he could tell his friend Shadepaw, what had happened the last night, he scanned the camp for the grey colored tom. Hailpaw yawned, laying down in a patch of sun and letting it soak into his fur, I wish I could tell someone, that it was me that got to be the Medicine cat of Shadowclan. Hailpaw was rather proud of himself, hopefully Sagestar approved of him, being the clan Medicine cat apprentice.

Smokepaw had returned from hunting to see Hailpaw. The she-cat didn't know him all to well, besides that he just returned from the Moonstone, and now was a Medicine Cat Apprentice. The smokey tabby decided to head over to the medicine cat apprentice. "Hello." She mewed standing in front of the tom.

Hailpaw looked up, at the she-cat. "Oh Hello" He greeted with a small smile. "How are you today?" He asked, getting up, to sit down.

"I am fine. A bit tired from hunting." Smokepaw responded. "How are you today?" The apprentice sat down to share the conversation with Hailpaw.

Hailkit smiled and purred. "Ah, I'm also not too well rested for myself, I just got back from the Moonstone. I've been waiting to tell someone all day" He flickered his ear, looking behind his shoulder, then looking back.

"Well you can tell me about it.. if you want." Smokepaw mewed as she licked some mud off her paw to clean herself up a bit. Other than that the apprentice was rather clean.

Hailpaw wasn't to sure if he should share what happened at the Moonstone. Would Mallowroot yell at me? Hailpaw just sat there. "Er.... I just wanted to tell some cat that I am a Medicine cat Apprentice." He puffed his chest fur of proudness.

Smokepaw paused for a second, "I heard what you said wrong." She mewed embarrassingly. "It's nice to have two medicine cats around.

Hailpaw looked at her sternly. "Was it hard with only one?" He asked, flickering his ears.
