Boosts the Pokémon's Speed in sunshine.

Sunny Day - Synthesis

Prevents the foe from escaping.
Shadow Ball - Vital Throw
Shadow Sneak - Shadow Punch

The Pokémon gradually regains HP in a hailstorm.

Frost Breath - Hail

This ability doesn't disable moves like it does in the game it's just 'cause she has a cursed body because she's so fckin HAWWWWT (AN: like arthur kirkland from hetalia and if you don't know what that is then GTFO!!111one) that everyone is jealous of her and it's so hard and also this ability lets her use all of her moves without any of the bad stuff that nerfs the moves because when she was little she got marked with a special thing that let her do that because she's the chosen one
