Xivio Park Staff Tryout-like things

Xivio Park is a game that I and my dev team have been making for months now. I have come to think that we need to hurry the process up(as there is a good group of people waiting for it). Of course, the best way would be to get a staff member to handle each part of the game so everyone can focus on one thing. The application is as below.
